1. How long does it take to get the trademark registration?
Trademark registration process may take minimum 6 to 12 months which may get extended depending upon the objections and oppositions filed once application is accepted by the registrar.
2. When can I use the Symbol ™?
The trademark applicant is allowed to use the TM symbol with their logo as soon as they receive a trademark application number from the trademark registrar.
3. When can I use the symbol R?
A trademark applicant is allowed to use the symbol R from the date that his trademark gets registered up to 10 years of the validity period. A trademark owner must apply for a trademark renewal then.
