Trademark Renewal may be made at any time not more than one year before the expiration of the last registration/ date of application (Initial Application TM – A) of the Trademark. A request for renewal of registration of the Trademark filed within prescribed time shall be allowed otherwise it is not renewable under any of the provision of the Trademark Act or by any order of the competent court or the Registrar
Every trademark registration comes up with a validity of 10 years.
