A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legal contract asserting confidentiality of a certain set of information like trade secrets, business plans, business methods and strategies, drawings, charts. The NDA also states the the level to which the information is restricted to be revealed to the third parties with or without approval. Non- disclosure agreement can be signed with a person or an organization.
