Cheque Bounce

A cheque bounce, stated under Section 138, The Negotiable instruments Act, 1881. is a case when a cheque gets bounced due to certain reasons like lack of funds in the drawer’s account, signature mismatch, deliberate signature mistakes, overwriting etc. If the cheque you received has got bounced that you can send the drawer a notice and a legal notice by filing a complaint in court if you didn’t get any response within 15 days of sending the first notice.
